We’ll begin with a quick phone call to talk through what you’re looking for, the season of life you’re in, and how you’d love your photographs to feel and live in your home.
This is a chance for us to connect, answer questions, and make sure the experience is the right fit from the very beginning.

This offering includes a series of thoughtfully spaced portrait sessions that document everything from pregnancy to newborn days and the milestones that follow. Together, these images become a collection that reflects your baby’s first year and the beginning of your family’s story.
Classic, timeless, and designed to be passed down. Heirloom portraits focus on your child in a simple, refined way that highlights their personality and expression without distraction.

The days of raising children move quickly, but the photographs you create during these years become part of your family’s history.
I work with families who value thoughtful, guided portrait sessions and believe their photographs should be more than digital files—meant to be framed, shared, and lived with every day.
If you’re looking for a Franklin family photographer who will help you preserve these moments beautifully, I would love to connect.
Yes, digital images are available. Many families also choose to preserve their photographs through heirloom albums, framed artwork, and prints designed to live in their home for years to come.
Do you offer digital files?
After booking, we’ll plan your entire families’ wardrobe together during your design consultation. I offer carefully selected dresses for moms and outfits for children ages newborn-7 years old, while offering wardrobe guidance for dads. I provide guidance on colors, textures, and styling so everything feels cohesive and timeless. The goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident while creating photographs that will look beautiful in your home.
What should we wear?
Most sessions take place in my Franklin studio or at carefully chosen outdoor locations throughout the Franklin and Nashville area. During your design consultation, we’ll decide on the setting that best fits your family and the feel you want your photographs to have.
Where do sessions take place?
Children don’t need to perform or behave perfectly for beautiful photographs to happen. My sessions are relaxed and guided, allowing space for natural interaction and personality to come through. Some of the most meaningful images come from those in-between moments, so just breathe knowing I’ll create beauty no matter the circumstance.
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
Most families reserve their session 1–3 months in advance, even more especially for newborn sessions or seasonal family portraits. If you're expecting a baby, it’s best to reach out during your second trimester so we can plan ahead.
How far in advance should we book?
I photograph maternity, newborn, baby milestones, heirloom portraits, and family sessions throughout Franklin and Nashville. Sessions can take place in the studio, outdoors, or occasionally in your home depending on the type of session and the look you’re drawn to.
What types of portrait sessions do you offer?
We’ll meet for your ordering and design appointment shortly after your session (within the first 1-2 weeks typically) to view your images and select your favorites together.
When will we see our photos?
I offer heirloom albums, framed wall artwork, fine art prints, and gift print options. Each piece is carefully selected for quality and longevity so your photographs can be shared for generations.
